Linking Money to Results: How the Recovery and Resilience Facility Supports Transformation in Member States
EU’s Recovery and Resilience Facility drives post-pandemic reforms and investments with performance-based funding, disbursing over EUR 300 billion by April 2025. The Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), at the core of the €800 billion NextGenerationEU (NGEU), was launched in 2021 to help Member States emerge stronger and more resilient from the COVID-19 pandemic. Each Member State has outlined ambitious reforms and investments in its own Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP).
