Guidelines for the 2026 Budget Proposal

On March 25th, the government approved and finalized the “Guidelines for the 2026 Budget Proposal and Fund Management Plan”. Next year’s budget proposal will focus on resolving pressing issues such as domestic and external uncertainties and economic hardships of Koreans while enhancing national competitiveness in response to declining potential growth, demographic challenges, and regional depopulation.
